Because I haven't gotten around to cleaning up the shattered remnants of the Fourth World yet, and nobody else has focused on it in a while? Just kidding, but it is a royal mess, what with Fourth World stubs and Character templates and membership categories and are they a race or a team or a nation decisions scattering the info across a lot of different places. It's slowly coming together. The Paradox 22:22, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
