History

History of character is unknown.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

Originally, Antaeus merely possessed superhuman strength, stamina, and agility. After augmentation by S.T.A.R. Labs, Mark's nervous system was altered, making him almost impervious to physical pain and resistant to mind control. He also gained increased physical resistance to injury and an ability to fly at high speeds.

Abilities

Mark was extremely physically fit, even before being augmented by S.T.A.R.

Weaknesses

Following his cybernetic augmentation, Antaeus' powers became linked to (and dependant upon) his implants, meaning that some of his powers could be disabled through disruption of the underlying electrical systems. He was ultimately killed by self-inflicted damage to his power core.

Paraphernalia

Equipment: S.T.A.R. implanted monitoring systems within Antaeus' body to monitor his health and the stability of his power core.
Transportation: None known.
Weapons: Antaeus had plasma blasters and electromagnetic disruptors built into his body.
