- According to information supplied in the second story in Wonder Woman (Volume 1) #100, Hippolyta is rumored to be at least one-hundred years old as per publishing year 1958. Details surrounding this rumor are speculative at best.
Appearances in Other Media
- In the pilot episode of the 1976 Wonder Woman television series, actress Cloris Leachman played the role of Queen Hippolyta. In the episode entitled The Feminum Mystique, the part is played by Carolyn Jones.
- Hippolyta has also appeared in several episodes of the Justice League animated series. Although the series is intended to reflect the Post-Crisis DC Comics reality, Hippolyta is patterned after her earlier Silver Age appearances.
