The Cult of Conner was a cult devoted to resurrecting Superboy. It was led by Devem. Cassie Sandsmark was a key member of the organization.
The cult first attempted to bring Sue Dibny back to life. Her husband, Ralph, was able to track them down, and once he learned what they were trying to do, joined their cause.
The ceremony was broken up by Ralph, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Metamorpho, and Zauriel, resulting in the destruction of the cult's shrine.
