History

Casino Town is a resort area that is known for it's many venues and forms of gambling. Many years ago on Earth-One, three members of Earth-Two's contingent of the Crime Champions (The Fiddler, the Icicle and the Wizard) migrated to Earth-One and disguised themselves in order to plunder the many gambling halls of Casino Town. They disguised themselves as three Earth-One villains, Chronos the Time-Thief, Doctor Alchemy and Felix Faust. Expecting resistance from the Justice League of America, they transformed many of the casino's resources including roulette wheels, slot machines and poker chips into deadly weapons. Batman, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman arrived to face them, but the Icicle (disguised as Chronos) repelled Batman with one of Chronos' clock weapons. Wonder Woman ensnared him with her magic lasso, but as this was not the true Chronos, he was able to break free and slam the Amazon against a moose head decorated wall. He then erected a yellow pane of glass, which he used as a shield against Green Lantern. The Wizard meanwhile (disguised as Doctor Alchemy) used his magic to simulate the effects of Doctor Alchemy's Philosopher's Stone. With this, he able to incapacitate Superman who was vulnerable to the effects of magic. He then used a rigged roulette table to shield himself from Green Arrow's trick arrows. On the casino's patio, the Fiddler (disguised as Felix Faust) used his hypnotic abilties to keep Aquaman at bay. He also conjured a strong wind to blow the Atom away, as well as a stream of fire that repelled the Martian Manhunter.

Notes

The exact location of Casino Town is unknown aside from the fact that it exists in a coastal community. It is possible that Casino Town is an analog for Atlantic City.
