History:

Brenda Forest was a good friend of Joan Williams. Her father had lost all his money, but she became the major source of income for her family due to a chain of restaurants which she owned. The restaurants, however, were plagued by a racketeering operation headed by her own restaurant manager, Fred Devere, until the Flash put to a stop to it.

Notes

• Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-Two era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
• Brenda's last name was also given as "Foster".
