Synopsis for "The Tick-Tock Traps of the Time Commander!"

While attending a proformance by John Starr a modern day "Monte Cristo" claiming to be framed for a crime he did not commit, Bruce Wayne is approached by Starr after the proformance in his guise of the Time Commander, using his time-shifting hour glass to reveal that he knows Wayne is really Batman and asks for Batman's help in clearing his name.
However, this proves to be a ploy, and the Time Commander knocks out and ties up Batman and uses the Caped Crusaders resources to trick the Green Lantern into charging the Time Commander with power from his ring while disguised as Batman. While the Time Commander steals powerful isotopes and framing Batman for the crime. Green Lantern returns to Gotham City and learns the truth.
Freeing Batman, the two work togeather to try and stop the Time Commander, spoiling his masquerde as Batman, however they fail to stop the crook from besting them and using his prism technology to send Green Lantern 24 hours into the past, and Batman 24 hours in the future.
While the Time Commander attempts to terrorize the city until they clear John Starr's name, the two heroes literally use time to their advantage to get the best of Time Commander and setup an air raid siren to destroy the Commanders hour glass, enabling the heros to achieve a fast victory against the crook and unmask him as Starr and turn him over to the police.
