History
A Blackout Bomb is a small, round pellet developed by the late Doctor Charles McNider. It emits a cloud of inky black smoke, designed to plunge adversaries into a field of perpetual darkness. Chapel and Cross improved the designs. Oliver Queen also made a variant as one of his Trick Arrows. Generate clouds of solid black smoke.
