- Bobbo was a Jamaican businessman who worked for the crime lord known as the King Snake. When Robin raided the Dorrance Building, Bobbo opened fire on him. Robin blocked the barrel of his gun with screw from a sling. The gun backfired and the resulting explosion killed Bobbo.

- Cardigan
- Cardigan is a student at Brentwood Academy.
- Chen, Shi
- Shen Chi was a young, energetic Chinese martial artist. He lived with his grandfather, Rahul Lama at his dojo at 37 Rue de Champlain in Paris, France. Shen helped to train Tim Drake in martial combat techniques during the latter’s early career as Robin.

- Dean Nederlander is the Dean of Admissions at Brentwood Academy.

- Hue, Billy
- Billy Hue was the leader of a street gang known as the Ghost Dragons. The Ghost Dragons worked for a powerful crime lord known as the King Snake. King Snake discovered that Billy failed to stop a crime fighter named Robin from interfering in his operations and killed him. A woman named Lynx replaced Billy as leader of the Ghost Dragons.

- Janet Drake was the first wife of Jack Drake and the mother of Tim Drake.

Killa 'Nilla
Killa 'Nilla is a young, yet cowardly, street informant for Robin. When conversing with his friends, Killa likes to act as if he is a tough gangsta.

- Kip Kettering is a student at Brentwood Academy.

- Koroshi
- For twenty years, Koroshi was the undisputed master of empty hand fighting in Tokyo, Japan. Towards the end of his life however, he met his match at the hands of the blind fighter known as King Snake. King Snake left Koroshi a crippled and beaten man. Lady Shiva later visited Koroshi's penthouse to learn the name of the man who ultimately beat the master fighter.

- Krieger, Helmut
- Helmut Krieger was a Nazi chemist who bio-engineered a virulent strain of Bubonic Plague. He concealed his work in a secret underground facility at the Maginot Line in France. Years later, the crime lord known as the King Snake discovered Krieger's work and stole the plague samples.

- Rahul Lama was a Tibetan martial arts master who owned a small dojo in Paris, France. His grandson, Shen Chi trained young Tim Drake in various healing arts and combat techniques.

- Vari Dzerchenko is the husband of Natalia Dzerchenko and the father of Arianna Dzerchenko.

Walton, Jared
Jared Walton is one of Tim Drake's classmates. He is a competitive spoiled rich kid, who constantly compares his family's wealth to the Bruce Wayne fortune. Jared was one of several students abducted by a kidnapper named Torrance. Robin rescued him as well as the other students.
