  • First appearance of the alternate reality known as Earth-X. Retroactively, Earth-X is the home reality of all of the super-heroes from the defunct Quality Comics publishing house.
  • This issue establishes that the Earth-X variants of Plastic Man and the Blackhawks died in 1944.


Trivia

  • In Earth-X continuity, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt had a heart-attack and died in 1944. In all other realities, Roosevelt passed away in April of 1945.
