Garrick Laboratories

Garrick Laboratories, named for its founder, scientist Jay Garrick, was a scientific firm located in Keystone City, Kansas. It also had a branch in Flagstaff, Arizona.
When the life on Earth was threatened by radioactive solar flares caused by a comet colliding with the Sun, Garrick Laboratories was charged with resolving the problem by the U.S. government. Fortunately, there was a crater near the Flagstaff branch containing a meteorite which nullified the radiation.[1]
