Dawn Allen was the daughter of Barry and Iris Allen. She had a twin brother, Don, and together they comprised the Tornado Twins, having inherited superspeed from their father. She married Jeven Ognats, and had one daughter, Jenni, who became a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes as XS.
